The idea
Kodoku is a company memory OS for solo founders: you hire AI staff, arrange them on an org chart, and delegate work, while the company itself accumulates the decisions, minutes and context that normally evaporate between chat sessions. The org chart above is the actual product: a constellation of roles around a single commander, with you as CEO.
A deliberate architecture
The design principle is strict: Kodoku does not build its own agent runtime. The execution engine is always the user's own AI tooling, and Kodoku is the memory and organisation layer on top. It is in development, and it is the thing I most want to exist.
